The Sun in the Wood is a great venue for celebration parties.

You can also book the Pub for your private parties or Weddings etc....

We also have a fantastic 9 hole crazy golf course in our woodland garden, and this makes for a great BBQ party event, without breaking the bank.  

The Privilege Club

Are you a member of The Sun in the Wood Privilege Club? Getting a Privilege card is simple and it is free.

All you need to do is visit us on four occasions in a three month period. You will then get your gold Privilege Club Card.

You can then use this on all future visits and save towards receiving your £20 Privilege Club vouchers.

Golf

The Sun in the Wood's 9 hole crazy golf course has been attracting lots of attention. We have built a mini golf course in a quiet corner of our lovely woodland country garden. The course has all the old crazy golf favourites, including, a castle, windmill, magic wishing well and even a rock garden with a secret cave. It is also discretely flood lit, so evening customers can get enjoy a game after a meal in the Restaurant or Bar.

Judging by the number of customers, old and new who have already enjoyed a game, crazy golf at The Sun in the Wood certainly seems an attraction to offer lots of fun and challenge to entertain the whole family, what ever age.

We have always aimed to stand out from the crowd and the opening of our crazy golf course hopefully shows our customers the continued commitment we have in achieving our goal of being one of the best country pubs in Berkshire”.
